When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, log files, analytics technologies, and similar tools. This information helps us maintain website security, improve performance, diagnose technical issues, understand visitor behavior, enhance user experience, measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing efforts, and optimize our digital services.

Section 07

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Pextaris uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to improve the functionality, performance, security, and usability of our website and digital services. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website.

Essential Cookies

Necessary for the operation and security of our website. They enable core functionality such as page navigation, secure access to protected areas, form submissions, and session management. Without these cookies, certain features may not function properly.

Functional Cookies

Allow us to remember your preferences, language settings, and other customizations to provide a more personalized browsing experience.

Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting aggregated information regarding website traffic, visitor journeys, popular pages, user engagement, session duration, navigation behavior, and conversion events.

Performance Cookies

Assist us in identifying technical issues, optimizing loading times, improving reliability, and enhancing overall website performance.

Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through browser settings. You may delete existing cookies or configure your browser to reject some or all cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of our website. Further detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

Section 08

Analytics

Pextaris uses analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to better understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, navigation paths, device and browser information, geographic region (general location), referral sources, and user engagement metrics.

Analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies to generate aggregated reports that help us improve our website and services. The information generated may be transmitted to and stored on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where the analytics provider operates.

We do not use analytics tools to intentionally collect sensitive personal information. You can learn more about Google’s privacy practices through Google’s Privacy Policy and may opt out using Google’s browser add-on where available.

Section 09

Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our business efficiently and deliver our services, Pextaris uses trusted third-party service providers. These providers assist us with customer relationship management, marketing automation, form handling and workflow automation, email communications, appointment scheduling, client onboarding, project management, website hosting and content delivery, font delivery, document management, customer support, security monitoring, data backup, business analytics, and internal collaboration.

These providers process information only on our behalf and only for the purposes necessary to deliver services to Pextaris. Where appropriate, we require our service providers to maintain appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. Our use of third-party providers does not permit them to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes unless you separately engage with those providers.

Some embedded resources on our pages, such as web fonts loaded from Google Fonts, are delivered by third parties and may receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests them.

Section 10

Request Forms, Diagnostic Tools and Pextaris Signal™

Several parts of our website invite you to submit information, including deployment and assessment request forms, Pextaris Signal™, the Execution Debt Score™, the Revenue Leakage Calculator™, downloadable templates and playbooks, and contact forms.

When you submit a request form, we collect the details you enter, which may include your full name, work email, company, role, company size, your stated priority, and a description of your business challenge, together with the page you submitted from and the date and time of submission. When you use a diagnostic tool or report, we process the inputs you provide (for example company details or operating and revenue figures) in order to generate your result.

Form submissions are transmitted to our systems and may be routed through workflow automation platforms, CRM, and email services so that we can review and respond to your request. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, provide the tool or report you requested, and follow up where appropriate.

Please do not include confidential customer data, personal data about third parties, or sensitive financial information in free-text fields of our public forms. If you need to share such information, we will agree a secure method with you.

AI technologies may be used to assist with workflow optimization, operational analysis, process automation, business intelligence, internal productivity, data organization, reporting, documentation, knowledge management, administrative support, and client workflow improvements.

Our AI tools are designed to assist our consultants and operational teams rather than replace human judgment. We do not rely solely on automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals unless expressly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Where AI tools process client information, such processing is conducted only for the purpose of delivering agreed services, improving operational efficiency, or enhancing client outcomes, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit confidential client information. Access to client information is limited to authorized personnel, contractors, and approved service providers who require access to perform their responsibilities and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, which may be contractual or legal. Where appropriate, confidentiality obligations are further governed by contractual agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and client service agreements.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send you important administrative or transactional communications relating to your client relationship, account, or services.

Section 18

With Your Consent

We may disclose personal information to other parties where you have expressly authorized or directed us to do so.

Section 19

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting our legitimate interests.
