Revenue should
work as a system.

Pextaris RevenueOS™ connects the processes, information, ownership and operating rhythms behind how a business attracts customers, converts opportunities, retains accounts and grows existing relationships.

The revenue gap

Revenue fails where the system breaks.

Most revenue problems are not sales problems. They are operating problems — disconnected handoffs, inconsistent data, and unclear ownership across the revenue lifecycle.

🔄
No consistent handoff between marketing and sales
Leads are generated without agreed qualification criteria. Sales picks up wherever it wants. No one owns the gap in between.
📊
Pipeline exists in people’s heads, not a system
Deals move forward based on individual effort and gut feel. Stage definitions are unclear. Forecasting is a guess dressed up as a number.
👥
Revenue depends on who is selling, not a process
When the best salesperson leaves, revenue drops. When the founder stops selling, pipeline dries up. The revenue operation is built around individuals, not infrastructure.
🔓
Retention and expansion are an afterthought
Acquiring a new customer gets all the attention. Keeping and growing existing accounts is managed informally. Expansion revenue is left on the table every quarter.
💡
No visibility into what is actually working
Conversion rates are unknown or inconsistently measured. Win/loss patterns are never analysed. The business invests in channels and tactics without knowing which are driving results.
Operating cost of a broken revenue system
40–60%
of pipeline is typically lost in handoff gaps between teams or stages with unclear ownership
3–5×
more expensive to acquire a new customer than retain and grow an existing one
Most
revenue teams cannot accurately name their conversion rate from lead to close — they estimate
Day 1
A founder-dependent revenue model begins constraining growth from the moment the company has more than one salesperson

What RevenueOS™ establishes

Six components. One operating system.

Each component addresses a distinct part of the revenue operation. Together they form a system where every function supports the others.

Deployment

How RevenueOS™ is deployed.

Pextaris does not deliver a revenue strategy document. We configure, implement and establish the operating infrastructure — then hand over a system that runs.

Planning estimate
RevenueOS™ deployments typically run six to ten weeks from assessment to handover. Actual timelines depend on CRM complexity, team size, and the number of components in scope.
Discuss a deployment ↗
01
Assess
Map the current revenue lifecycle: systems in use, handoff points, ownership gaps, measurement blind spots, and the components that need the most urgent attention.
✶ Revenue OS audit report and priority map
02
Design
Define the target operating model: pipeline architecture, CRM configuration, ownership rules, metrics, review cadence, and implementation sequence.
✶ Revenue OS design document and build plan
03
Implement
Configure the agreed systems, workflows, automation, dashboards and operating structures. Train the team. The revenue system goes live as running infrastructure.
✶ Live CRM, pipeline, reporting, and automation
04
Operate & Improve
Establish the review cadence. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and retention signals. Resolve bottlenecks. Expand the system as the business grows.
✶ Ongoing operating cadence and performance review
How RevenueOS™ connects

Revenue doesn’t work in isolation.

RevenueOS™ is one domain in the Pextaris operating architecture. Its data and operating model connect directly to four other domains.

🤝
CustomerOS™
The handoff from a closed deal into structured onboarding, account management, and retention is a Revenue–Customer connection. RevenueOS™ defines where the sale ends; CustomerOS™ defines what happens next.
📊
ClarityOS™
Revenue intelligence — pipeline health, conversion rates, cohort analysis, and forecasting — feeds into ClarityOS™, which makes this data visible alongside every other business function in the executive dashboard.
🤖
IntelligenceOS™
Revenue automation — CRM workflows, follow-up sequences, pipeline update triggers — runs through IntelligenceOS™. This ensures revenue automation is part of the broader AI and workflow infrastructure, not a disconnected point solution.
🏛️
ExecutiveOS™
Revenue performance, forecasts, and commercial decisions are part of the leadership operating cadence managed by ExecutiveOS™. The revenue review rhythm connects directly to the executive operating rhythm.

Questions

What founders and operators ask.

No. RevenueOS™ builds the infrastructure your sales team needs to operate effectively — the pipeline architecture, CRM structure, qualification rules, and review cadence. Pextaris is not a sales outsourcing service. We design and deploy the operating system; your team runs within it.
We work within your existing CRM where possible, or recommend one based on your stage, team size, and operating model. RevenueOS™ is architecture-first — the system design does not depend on a specific tool. The right CRM is selected to serve the operating model, not the other way around.
The typical planning estimate is six to ten weeks from assessment to handover. This depends on the complexity of your current revenue operation, the number of components in scope, and whether a CRM migration or integration is required. We scope the timeline during the Operating Assessment so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
Yes. RevenueOS™ can be deployed as a standalone engagement. Many businesses start with the domain that has the most urgent gap. If you later deploy ClarityOS™ or CustomerOS™, they will connect directly into the revenue infrastructure already in place — because the architecture is designed for integration from day one.
A functioning product or service and some existing commercial activity. You do not need a mature sales team or an established CRM. The Operating Assessment is specifically designed to identify where you are and what needs to be built — RevenueOS™ is appropriate from early growth stage onwards.
